When you feel STUCK, try this, it ALWAYS works!โ € When you feel STUCK, try this, it ALWAYS works!โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € This morning I woke at 6.00am, did a meditation and before I had finished I had a nudge from the Universe - go for a run!!โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Wtf - go for a run, the only thing I've ever ran for is the last sausage roll at Greggs. Bit of an exaggeration but as someone with a 36F chest, running is not something I undertake lightly.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € The message was LOUD, get out of bed and run.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € So I did, I ran a small circuit by my home TWICE. I couldn't believe I was doing it tbh but I did and I felt fab after it. I could feel my heart beating louder and faster than in ages, I could feel surge of new energy coursing through my body.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € AND this is what happened following 'my run!'โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € I cleaned my car, had a celery juice (home made in my new cold juice presser thing), cleaned up after my slobby day yesterday and then had breakfast, all before 9.30am!โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € My hubby and I then went for a walk, I came home prepared dinner and then did some of my spiritual work.....โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Another meditation, journalling, belief work and planning my next BIG dream.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Why am I telling you all of this?โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € BECAUSEโ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € There is a lot of stagnant, dense, negative energy floating around in the world but you CAN shift it and raise your vibration to get things moving.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € MOVE your body, in a different way to what you normally do.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Meditate to STOP the old thoughts and beliefs keeping you in your old stories and beliefs.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Drench your mind with more of what you desire and then take inspired action in the direction of your dreams.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € You can do, be or have ANYTHING you want in this life if your desire is BIG enough! โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € The SHIFT happens when you MOVE your energy.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Lots of love Mโ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € #motivation #mindset #spiritualentrepreneur #coach
